The jewelry you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your item(s) being 100% handmade with antique and vintage materials.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY

Some of the components of your jewelry are fragile.  Be sure not to get your jewelry wet or drop it. Contact Mary at whimsyjewelrydesign.com/contact/ if your jewelry has been damaged and requires repairs.

SHIPPING

I use the following carriers for shipping: USPS and UPS.

I do not ship internationally at this time.

I charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

RETURNS

I will accept returns within 30 days of shipment, if the item is in its original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you if your refund has been approved. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error, cannot be returned.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately I am unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods cannot be returned unless the product arrives defective. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

I replace items only if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me a message at whimsyjewelrydesign.com/contact/

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail it to Whimsy Jewelry Design, 63274 Brightwater Dr., Bend, OR 97701

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since I can not guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
